When cyclists must wear a reflective vest and a helmet?
During daylight hours cyclicts driving roadway must wear a safe jacket with reflective elements or there must burn white light lamp in the front of the bike and red lamp at the back. This requirement applies only when riding on roadway. There‘s no need to wear reflective vests or switch on lights while riding on cycling paths, roadside or pavement. While riding roadway, cyclists under 18 years old must be worn and wear helmets, older than 18 years is only recommended to wear helmets.
