Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution
Solving our consumer disputes out-of-court (Alternative Dispute Resolution) To make a complaint, the User may write to “Cyclocity Vilnius” either by using the form provided for that purpose on the website, or by letter sent to email@example.com. To this end, the User has a time limit of 6 (six) months as from the event in dispute. If the User does not consider the final reply from “Cyclocity Vilnius” to be satisfactory, the possibility of ultimate out-of-court remedy is available to them if they write to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
